Juhi played a travel agent trying to convince and sell honeymoon package to the miser Sindhi newly married man- Sachin. Guggi played an NRI guy, which had everyone in splits.

It was the final elimination, and the Final 2 safe couples would be the finalists of Hans Baliye. The lucky ones to stay were Gugi-Kuljeet & Sachin-Juhi as the finalists who would fight to win the title of the first Hans Baliye Jodi.

Episode # 10 - Kids’ special: The final 4 had a laugh-a-riot as they enacted as kids in the special Kids’ episode. Gaurav played a high school Kid, while Sunil played the spoilt little brat and had everyone in splits with their funny and amusing comments.

Guggi-Kuljeet’s act had Guggi as the demanding Sardar kid, and Kuljeet as his mother preparing for the ‘Mummy no. 1’ competition. Kid Guggi prepares her for singing, cat-walk and dancing. Kuljeet’s naagin dance was the icing on the cake. Maski played the slumdog kid, on his way to the Oscars to collect his award, while Mel played the air=hostess on board.

Juhi was the child-star Ruhi, who has been dealing with dates, rates, costumes, dialogues just like her mom Juhi. With this act, Karishma was reminded of her act in the film Andaz Apna Apna and applauded her for this special memory. Kapil played with little spoilt and smart child troubling the teacher Gini, all throughout.

It was elimination time, but since all the acts were at par, the judges decided to give them another chance and, instead eliminate 2 couples in the next episode.

Episode # 9 - Role reversal: Tables have been turned this time, with the special episode of ‘Role Reversal’. Not only the couples, but the anchors too had a change of role, and came in as Sonpari and Chutki instead of Gaurav and Sunil. Hilarious performances by all the couples took the show to another level.

Maski as PPCC-the nurse, and Mel as Dr. Batra had everybody rolling with laughter. Sachin as a mother-in-law and Juhi as the prospective son-in-law had an interesting mix of humor and camaraderie. Rajesh as the bar-dancer, with Madhvi as a ploice-inspector had the perfect combination of comedy, dance, drama and action. Kapil Sharma played the ‘wannabe model’ with Ginni as the ‘Casting Director’ Ouch!

Finally, it was time for eliminations and the competition had intensified as the previous episode scores coupled with these marks would decide the eliminated couple. The lowest scorers were surprisingly Gugi-Kuljeet and Rajesh-Madhvi, and it was farewell time for Rajesh-Madhvi, who rather went on a happy note, taking the competition in their stride.

Episode # 8 - Love Ne Mila Di Jodi Post the wild card episode, the competition gets tougher and intense with the Top 5 couples fighting for the title of ‘Hans Baliye’. Romance was in the air in this episode as the theme for this episode was ‘Love ne mila di Jodi’.

With each couple enacting the best reel and real life love couples, it truly seemed like a fable of romance in action. Rajesh-Madhvi played the eternal Jodha-Akbar, but with a slight twist; Jodha turned into the 21st century ‘Jo’! Juhi-Sachin portrayed the classic characters of Devdas & Paro; though Devdas had a Sindhi accent instead!

Guggi-Kuljeet played the gloomy lover boy Majnu, with Kuljeet as Laila. Maski-Mel had everybody in splits with their Tarzan-Jane act and Kapil-Ginni with Arjun-Draupadi act.

Gugi-Kuljeet’s act reached an emotional high, when both of them realize they can’t live without each other. Everyone was moved by their performance, including David Dhawan, who had tears in his eyes.

Maski-Mel’s performance showcased Maski meeting Mel after 30 years, who had been married to another guy. But they also predicted that David’s son has launched Karisma’s daughter in a new film.

Mr. Sharma was still a part of Rajesh-Madhvi’s life, as the unwanted man in Rajesh’s life. Another highpoint of the episode, was the anchor, Sunil Grover as ‘chacha’ along with Gaurav as the ‘bhatija’. Sunil turned out to be everyone’s favorite and loveable chacha on the set.

Delnaz-Rajev act dint turn out as expected, and hence were eliminated at the end of the episode.

Gugi-Kuljeet tried not to fight during their act, but their arguments and fights gave way to lots of laughters. Bakhtyaar tuned a school principal asking funny questions of Tanaaz, who comes in for admission for her son. Rajesh-Madhvi received accolades for their outstanding zoozoo performance.

This episode based on situational comedy coupled with rib-tickling humor ended with Tanaz-Bakhtyar’s unexpected elimination, as the others outperformed in their acts.

Episode # 4 - Real & Unreal: After the first elimination in the previous week, the competition has got even more tougher, and even more colorful. With each partner playing a funny and interesting character, there was a riot of color and laughter as it was time for ‘Real & Unreal characters’.

At the end, however, it was time for eliminations and tjis week, Ashita & Saillesh were eliminated owing to low scores.

Episode #3: As the previous episode didn’t have any elimination, the marks of Ep 2 were carry forwarded to this episode. Based on the cumulative marks, one couple was eliminated in this episode. Performances by each couple changed the entire game of the competition.

The highlight of the episode was Rajesh-Madhvi’s ‘Mr Sharma act’ wherein both the judges literally fell off their chair laughing. There was a twist of the tale, when Sara-Ali forgot their lines on stage, not once, but twice, due to which they were eliminated in this episode.

Episode #2: The competition begins in this episode of Kurkure presents Hans Baliye. Colorful performances by each couple, gave a high to the entire episode.

Rajesh ‘Roshesh’ Kumar and Madhvi started his act in the typical Roshesh style. Followed by Sara-Ali, the sweet, much in love couple showed ‘what is young love’ all about. Tanaaz-Bakhtyaar, in their first performance itself, created a special place in the judges’ heart by scoring a full 20 on 20. Overwhelmed by their act, Karisma came on stage to congratulate the Bawi couple.

Ashita-Shailesh and Juhi-Sachin performed quite fairly as well. It was a double bonanza with Guggi-Kuljeet, also scoring a full 20 on 20 from the judges. The episode came to another high by Davidji’s comments saying ‘This is Hans Baliye’ after Guggi’s performance.

However, after the total marks were revealed, the least 2 scorers were Rajesh- Madhvi and Sara-Ali. But the twist in the story was when the judges declared, no elimination, instead celebrations. The episode ended with a cake-cutting celebration.

Episode #1: The curtain raiser episode of Hans Baliye turned out to be the most colorful, cheerful and comical episode. Introducing the 8 couple contestants with a little song and dance (on Tumse milke dil ka haal) set the tone of the show, followed by the entry of the comic stalwarts of Bollywood, David Dhawan and Karisma Kapur.
